The 2017 Ford F-250 SuperCrew was awarded five stars by the NHTSA in frontal crash testing.
Technologies: Crash Structure
The IIHS has revoked “Top Safety Pick+” status from the 2017 Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ due, it would seem, to subpar headlights.
The new, 2017 Lincoln MKZ is an IIHS “Top Safety Pick+,” owing to a solid crash structure and improved safety tech.
The refreshed Ford Escape is “Acceptable” in a small-overlap frontal collision, says the IIHS. It sure ain’t driving away from one, though.
Good crash-test performance, plus a bevy of active safety features, make the new Ford Fusion an IIHS “Top Safety Pick+.”
A must-see for anyone who enjoys watching… well, crash tests.
The 2016 F-150 is the only full-size half-ton to earn 5 stars from the IIHS in all crash tests, no matter the cab configuration.
