Check Out This P-51 Bomber-Inspired Ford Raptor Golf Car

The folks at Palm Desert, California-based Caddyshack Golf Cars produce a number of different Ford-themed golf cars for public consumption: utilitarian, 48-volt doppelgangers of everything from the new Ford Mustang to the original Shelby Cobra to whisk you and your clubs down the fairway as stylishly as possible.

Now, Caddyshack has gone and built something a little different: this special, one-of-a-kind Ford Raptor golf car with a WWII P-51 Bomber-inspired theme. You can check out just what that looks like in the image gallery below.

From the distressed leather wrapping the seats and dashboard, to the custom, P-51-inspired steering wheel, to the fuselage-look paint job, this Ford Raptor golf car has been completely made-over to recall a vintage Mustang Bomber. All proceeds from its sale will go to benefit families at the Twentynine Palms Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center this holiday season, with a price tag of $150,000.

Unfortunately, the folks at Caddyshack don’t plan on building any more P-51 Bomber-themed Ford Raptor Golf Cars, but non-military-style examples will continue to be offered for the foreseeable future. Be sure to stop by the company’s official website for more info.

They don’t get no respect. No respect at all.
