The folks from Roush Performance are back with another walk around of the tuning company’s comprehensive package of upgrades for the Ford F-150.
Like the 2015 truck, the 2016 Roush Performance Ford F-150 comes with a bevy of visible aesthetic enhancements including a custom front fascia with signature lighting, fender flares, and plenty of Roush Performance decals and badges throughout. This year, the company is offering optional Roush engine coil covers for the 5.0-liter V8 engine, and a cargo bed cover.
Retained for 2016 is the same set of 20-inch Mickey Thompson wheels with knobby tires, Fox 2.0 suspension kit, and more. Most importantly, while the package can be applied to any 2015 or later Ford F-150, the optional Roush Performance supercharger upgrade for the 5.0-liter V8 engine is finally available. This boosts output to 600 horsepower and 557 lb-ft – substantially more than we’ve been told to expect from the forthcoming Ford F-150 Raptor supertruck.
