At next week’s Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland, Ford Europe will reveal an expanded Vignale premium brand with one or more new models and new customer experiences.
As of now, the Ford’s Vignale brand has only one model: the Ford Vignale Mondeo. But the new semi-luxury brand, complete with its “superior refinement, unique design and advanced technologies,” is set to descend upon additional Ford nameplates. We would be surprised if that didn’t conjure a crossover or an SUV.
We’ll find out soon enough, on March 1st, when Ford’s entire booth at the Geneva show will be configured for the Vignale news. That night, Ford will tear down and reconfigure the booth to present some fresh Ford Performance news on March 2nd. The new Ford Kuga CUV will also be present that day, making its first European auto show appearance since its official unveiling at the Mobile World Congress exhibition in Barcelona, Spain.
The 2016 Geneva Motor Show will be open to the public from March 3rd through March 13th. If you find yourself on the far side of the pond, unwilling to make the voyage, check back with us for all the latest news.
