Ford Vignale Brand Expanded To Encompass Unique Customer Experiences

Ford Motor Company at Geneva announced an expansion of the premium Ford Vignale brand in Europe, not only in the form of new vehicles (Edge Vignale, Kuga Vignale concept), but in fresh new customer experiences, as well.

For one thing, European Ford Vignale customers get access to special “Vignale lounges” located within Europe’s many FordStores, with a purchase experience facilitated by a Ford Vignale “Relationship Manager.” For another, Vignale brand customers will be eligible for deals on exclusive travel and experiences.

In partnership with event, lifestyle, and travel agency Total Management, Ford Vignale will begin offering a selection of experiences to customers like theater, music, and sporting events, spa getaways, and the like. Examples include options to visit the annual Chelsea Flower Show, the F1 Monaco Grand Prix, and the French Open tennis tournament, as well as well-known hotel and spa locations in Spain and the UK.

These travel and event offerings will be sent to Ford Vignale customers in a monthly email, starting this month.

Customers get additional perks, as well, like a special Vignale Service mobile app which offers lifestyle content from Vignale Magazine, a dealership locator, fuel station locator, parking locator, and quick access to emergency services.
