Borla Exhaust – one of the leading names in performance exhaust systems – has come along with a new range of “CrateMufflers” for crate and custom-built engines from the Big Three.
Borla CrateMufflers aren’t universal. Instead, the company claims that they are the first performance mufflers in the world built specially to maximize the sound and power of specific crate and custom small block and big block motors. For us Ford fans, applications include 289, 302 (like the Coyote 5.0L), and FE (Ford-Edsel) V8s.
Borla CrateMufflers can be ordered in one of three different sound levels: Touring, S-Type, and Atak. They feature a racing-inspired straight-through design for optimized flow, and feature precise craftsmanship and a one-million mile warranty.
