In terms of performance-per-dollar, you’d be hard-pressed to find anything offering a ratio higher than that offered by the Roush Stage 3 Ford Mustang. The proof is in the specs: 670 horsepower; height-adjustable performance suspension; 20-inch wheels with ultra-high-performance Cooper RS3 rubber; and a suite of aggressive-looking body upgrades, all at a base price of $52,145 (including the MSRP of the base, 2017 Ford Mustang GT).
Of course, it doesn’t much matter whether the Roush Stage 3 Mustang is a comparative bargain; no owner wants their high-performance coupe hooned by some punk with a penchant for liquefying tires.
That’s the basic sentiment behind Roush Performance’s new video short, The Valet II, which stars pro Formula D drifter Justin “JTP” Pawlak as a throttle-happy valet with a deficient sense of etiquette. Watch the video above to Find out what happens when he gets behind the wheel of a new Roush Stage 3 Mustang.
(Trivia: Portions of JTP’s daydream sequence in the above video look to have been shot at Gingerman Raceway in South Haven, Michigan. His character is a valet at the Detroit Athletic Club, some 180 miles away. His thoughts travel fast.)
