In France, the regional Microsoft XBox team is giving away one very special XBox One console fashioned after the front end of the original Ford Mustang pony car.
The Ford Mustang-inspired XBox One, shown above, is being given away to commemorate the launch of Forza Horizon 3 – a new motorsport video game set in Australia. It comes with a special leather-appearance controller, too. According to website Windows Central, interested parties need only like and comment on XBox France’s Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram pages to enter the giveaway. We’re unclear whether non-French citizens are allowed to enter, but it never hurts to try.
Forza Horizon 3 has been in the headlines quite a bit as of late. An incomplete list of the game’s car lineup, which includes the 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302, was leaked back in July. The game was also a sponsor – and an inspiration – for Ken Block’s Gymkhana 9 video featuring the Ford Focus RS RX.
Take note: XBox France’s Ford Mustang-inspired console wears no Ford or Mustang badging. We all see it for what it is, though.
