The Ford Fiesta ST hot hatch has picked up a new color option for the 2017 model year: Orange Spice Metallic Tri-Coat. It’s a shade that, we feel, suits the moderately loud styling of the pint-sized Ford Performance product rather well, although drivers may find they have a hard time blending-in with traffic.
That’s just about the only change for the latest Ford Fiesta ST, according to Carscoops, as this generation of Fiesta models is set to expire soon. An all-new, seventh generation car has been spied on at least one occasion, and is expected to launch in time for the 2018 model year.
Buyers of the 2017 Ford Fiesta ST still have the option to attend Ford’s one-day ST Octane Academy at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah. The Octane Academy is an introductory performance-driving school designed to teach new ST owners the fundamentals of going fast, stopping hard, and cornering effectively with track time, exercises, and more.
The 2017 Ford Fiesta ST is now available to order.
