For owners of the 2015 or 2016 Ford F-150 4WD happy with everything but the ride height, lift-kit leader Superlift has announced two new packages for America’s best-selling pickup: a 4.5-inch lift kit, and a 6-inch one.
Your options don’t end with the ride height, though; customers also get a choice between Superlift Superide® dampers, or Superide® SS dampers made by Bilstein. In addition, Ford F-150 owners whose trucks have a two-piece rear driveshaft and carrier bearing can purchase Superlift’s bearing carrier drop kit for perfect compatibility.
Superlift says that both of its new Ford F-150 lift kits allow for the use of 18-inch or larger wheels. They’ve been designed using CAD software to ensure easy installation and exact fitment, preserving proper CV and driveshaft angles and aligning to OEM specs, with no modification to the tie-rod ends required. They are, in short, “the most complete and cost-effective solutions available to make room for larger tires [and] increase ground clearance” on the 2015-’16 Ford F-150, as Superlift says in their official release.
Superlift’s new kits are priced at $999.95 with the regular Superide® dampers, and $1,114.75 with Bilstein units.
