MagnaFlow Already Has An Exhaust Kit For The All-New 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor: Video

Customers of the all-new, 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor supertruck who are accustomed to the deep, throaty grumble of the old model’s 6.2-liter V8 will likely find themselves underwhelmed by the noise emitted by the EcoBoost V6 of its successor.

Not to fear: there’s something that can be done about it. Performance exhaust company MagnaFlow has already come out with a new cat-back exhaust system that offers an enhanced tone and, according to the manufacturer, increased horsepower and torque.

MagnaFlow’s cat-back kit for the new Ford F-150 Raptor is made from 3-inch, mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing; bolts right on after the catalytic converter; and comes with either black-coated or polished tips. The muffler features an integrated crossover, which helps to smooth out the flow of gases from each cylinder bank to aid scavenging.

MagnaFlow’s own website doesn’t list an MSRP for this F-150 Raptor cat-back exhaust system, but we managed to find it at CJ Pony Parts for $957.88 with polished tips, or $1,127.53 with black-coated tips. Be sure to give it a good listen in the video above to “try before you buy.”
