Like the Blue Oval’s other hot hatch models currently on offer, the Ford Focus RS is a car that simply begs to be hooned. Perhaps even more so than its ST-badged brethren, as there’s a pre-programmed driving mode devoted entirely to the act of drifting.
As such, there are sure to be casualties – cars whose only crime was being entrusted to an indiscriminate driver, who got a tad too carried away behind the wheel and ran out of road. We would guess that this wrecked 2016 Focus RS with 2,102 miles, currently for sale on eBay out of Missouri, suffered such a fate.
The good news is: a new parts or salvage car is created every time a Focus RS driver’s foot writes a check his talent can’t cash. As for the bad news: well, look at the price. This low-mileage-but-thoroughly-wrecked 2016 Ford Focus RS is listed at $23,700 or best offer, and if that’s representative of what we can expect from every crashed RS, donor cars are going to cost a pretty penny.
