Ford Instates Deferred Payment Program For Those Affected By Hurricane Harvey

Hurricane Harvey has dissipated over the state of Texas, but intense flooding continues to plague southeast Texas. Those residing in affected areas haven’t even begun to see what kind of damage Hurricane Harvey left in its path.

As the time to rebuild and regroup comes, Ford has rolled out a payment deferral program to help those who need a little relief after the storm. Ford will allow customers to defer two payments, redirect their billing statements and have all other questions answered by contacting Ford Credit and Lincoln Financial Services.

Customer who purchased or leased their vehicles through Ford Credit or Lincoln Financial Services may resume their regularly scheduled payments as their status improves following Hurricane Harvey. Ford has already begun reaching out to affected customers by email and postcards.
