Lincoln U.S. Sales Decrease 5.8 Percent To 8,708 Units In August 2017

August 2017 sales of FoMoCo’s Lincoln brand totaled 8,708 units in the United States, a decrease of 5.8 percent compared to August 2016.

Sales on an individual model basis were as follows:

  • Lincoln Continental sales totaled 816 units
  • Lincoln MKC sales decreased 4.41 percent to 2,343 units
  • Lincoln MKS sales decreased 88.92 percent to 36 units
  • Lincoln MKT sales decreased 16.85 percent to 227 units
  • Lincoln MKX sales decreased 10.29 percent to 2,371 units
  • Lincoln MKZ sales decreased 21.57 percent to 2,160 units
  • Lincoln Navigator sales decreased 5.27 percent to 755 units, with a 4.4 percent increase at retail
    • The overall decline in Navigator sales volume is the result of fleet order timing
    • The all-new Navigator arrives at dealerships later this year
    • Current orders show strong demand for the high-series Navigator, with over 75 percent comprised of Black Label and Reserve — the two highest trim levels in the Lincoln lineup

In the first eight months of 2017, U.S. Lincoln deliveries increased 3.19 percent to 73,920 units.
