Lincoln U.S. Sales Decrease 2.1 Percent To 9,352 Units In March 2018

Ford Motor Company’s premium Lincoln brand reported 9,352 new vehicle deliveries in March 2018 in the United States, a decrease of 2.1 percent compared to March 2017.

Sales on an individual model basis were as follows:

  • Lincoln Continental sales decreased 13.6 percent to 832 units
  • Lincoln MKC sales decreased 5.91 percent to 2,149 units
  • Lincoln MKS sales decreased 100 percent to 0 units
  • Lincoln MKT sales increased 14.03 percent to 252 units
  • Lincoln MKX sales decreased 3.09 percent to 2,605 units
  • Lincoln MKZ sales decreased 27.27 percent to 1,803 units
  • Lincoln Navigator sales increased 90.75 percent to 1,711 units as inventories improve
    • Retail sales of the all-new Navigator saw a triple-digit increase in March, gaining 101.6 percent on a mix of 80 percent Black Label and Reserve models – Lincoln’s two highest trim levels
    • Average Transaction Prices for the Navigator grew $25,600
    • Days to turn is an average of 10 days
    • Growth is coming from all regions, with the West seeing a 201 percent increase; the largest region for Navigator sales is the Central region, which saw Navigator sales grow 73 percent

In the first three months of 2018, Lincoln U.S. sales decreased 17 percent to 22,462 units.
