2018 Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator Recalled Over Seating Issue

Sponsored

Ford Motor Company is recalling certain units of the 2018 Ford Expedition and 2018 Lincoln Navigator SUVs over an issue with the second-row seats.

The defect: the second row center seat track assemblies may be missing one or both of the J-Channel reinforcement brackets, possibly allowing the seat to move in the event of a crash.

The hazards: in the event of a crash, a seat that moves may not properly restrain the seat occupant, increasing the risk of injury.
