I know you are just reporting the facts, but this is funny. You really have a sense of humor. LOL.
How on earth does Ford justify Lincoln being in the Mexican market? Those sales results are farcical. Their total sales barely represent one day’s production for a single assembly plant. They’re walking away from selling 100,000 cars per year in the U.S. in a year while maintaining a presence in Mexico? Maybe the new guy needs to stick to selling file cabinets.
I agree 100% with you, except it is 100s of thousands of vehicles per year, and if they supported sedan sales they would have great results. Maybe this is why Ford stock, and consumer faith in Ford is in the dumpster. Look at their foreign competitors slaughtering them in new sedans and coupes. If others make a profit why can’t Ford. Because they have no sense when it comes to marketing, and no one who knows how to make a reasoned position. Build a $500,000 sports car and trucks. Once the foreign competition decides to eliminate Ford’s truck sales they will be is history and the dustbin of history. Ford has nothing I want in their CUV, SUV, and truck lineup. They are history to me at this point.
