U.S. Lincoln Sales Increase 3.3 Percent To 9,207 Units In November 2018

Ford Motor Company’s luxury Lincoln brand reported 9,207 new vehicle deliveries in November 2018 in the United States, an increase of 3.3 percent compared to November 2017.

Lincoln sales on an individual model basis were as follows:

  • Lincoln Continental sales decreased 26.76 percent to 676 units
  • Lincoln MKC sales increased 11.09 percent to 2,263 units
  • Lincoln MKT sales decreased 32.3 percent to 109 units
  • Lincoln MKX sales increased 20.39 percent to 3,153 units
    • The Lincoln Nautilus, which is replacing the MKX, boosted retail sales to 27.3 percent
    • The Nautilus has been well-received, as it is averaging just 9 days on dealer lots
    • Average transaction prices for the Nautilus  totaled $47,200 per model, with a strong 79 percent mix of high series Black Label and Reserve models being sold
  • Lincoln MKZ sales decreased 25.73 percent to 1,440 units
  • Lincoln Navigator sales increased 27.32 percent to 1,566 units
    • High-end Reserve and Black Label Navigator models accounted for 88 percent of retail sales
    • The highest-series Black Label Navigator averaged just 14 days on dealer lots.
    • Lincoln’s all-new Navigator posts strong gains on tight inventory
    • Navigator continues to see strong growth in such key luxury markets as California and Florida, where retail sales this year are up 190 percent and 102 percent, respectively

In the first 11 months of 2018, U.S. Lincoln sales decreased 8.43 percent to 92,061 units.
