As we mentioned when covering what’s new for the 2019 Mustang, Ford’s popular pony car is adding three new exterior colors to its color palette: Velocity Blue, Need For Green, and Dark Highland Green. Here’s our first look at the new Dark Highland Green hue.
Assigned order code B5, Dark Highland Green is one of two green hues available for the 2019 Mustang.
The new Dark Highland Green color is only available on 2019 Mustang Bullitt. By association, it is only available with the Ebony with Green stitch interior color combination, as that is the only option for Bullitt models.
As such, Dark Highland Green is included in the base price of the Mustang Bullitt. Those not up on the latest Ford Mustang terminology should know that the Mustang Bullitt is essentially a Mustang GT with an appearance package based on the timeless Mustang from the production movie Bullitt, which premiered in 1968.
