Ford Transit sales increased less than 1 percent during the second quarter of 2019, allowing it to remain the best-selling model in its competitive set. So, in what may be an effort to maintain this momentum into the third quarter of 2019, a Ford discount reduces the price of select 2019 Transit van models by up to $2,750, while also offering special, low-interest financing in August 2019.

Nationwide Ford discount offers on the 2019 Transit van for August 2019 are as follows:

• Transit Passenger: $2,750 retail customer cash discount.
• Transit Cargo: $2,250 retail customer cash discount
• Transit Cargo & Passenger: $1,000 competitive conquest bonus cash + 2.9 percent APR for 60 months
  • This Ford discount is only applicable to vehicles that arrived on dealer lots at least 61 days prior to the sale date

For reference, here are the applicable 2019 Transit van trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, including the destination charge of $1,495:

• Cargo Van – $34,630
• XL Passenger Van – $37,335
• XLT Passenger Van – $38,630

The $2,750 Ford discount reduces the starting price of a 2019 Ford Transit Passenger Van in the XL trim level to just $34,585, and the Transit Passenger Van XLT to $36,880. Additionally, the $1,000 Ford discount lowers the starting price of the Transit Cargo van to $33,630, while also offering interest-related savings.
