J.J. Watt Is Giving Away A Ford Raptor And $100,000

J.J. Watt is an NFL football player who plays for the Houston, Texans. Watt is a big supporter of kids charities and he is looking to get people to donate to the J.J. Watt foundation that aims to provide after-school opportunities for middle-school-age children to get them involved in athletics. Watt says that athletics can help the kids learn accountability, teamwork, leadership, work ethic, and perseverance.

The foundation has donated over $5 million to get boys and girls involved in more than 14 different sports. To get people to part with their donation money, Watt is offering up a pretty sweet contest. You don’t have to donate to try and win, but donations get you more entries.

What Watt is giving away is a brand new Ford Raptor $100,000 in cash, and a trip to Houston to meet J.J. Watt in person. A winner not from Houston also gets a four-star hotel with a friend. Winning a truck like a Ford Raptor would be awesome, but the win brings some challenges the winner might not expect.

You have to claim the win on your taxes and pay sales tax and shipping costs. Watt isn’t helping with the taxes, but the contest does pay the sales tax and shipping costs. You can get a free entry to the contest. To get more entries and more chances to win the Ford Raptor, you can donate here. Watch this Ford Raptor take a top speed run over 2.3 miles.

A donation of $10 gets you 100 entries, $25 gets 250 entries, and $50 gets 1,000 entries. Donations can be made in any amount desired. If you spend $5,000, you get 50,000 entries.
