1993 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning Has 55,000 Original Miles

It’s getting harder and harder as the years go by to find low mile classic cars and trucks, but there are still some out there. Take this 1993 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning, for instance, it has only 55,000 original miles on the clock and looks like it’s in very clean condition.

This is the first generation square-body Lightning truck, and while the 1993 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning truck may not be up to par performance-wise with its later supercharged brethren, it’s got the boxy looks that many classic Ford fans want. The truck has a limited-slip rear differential, power brakes, front fog lights, 15-inch wheels, and cloth bucket seats.

The paint and body appear to be in excellent shape with the bed under the rubber bed mat looking as if nothing was ever hauled in the truck. It has the factory bumper and is rust free. Inside the 1993 Ford F-150 SVT Lightning the factory seats, complete with Lightning stitching, look very clean with no rips or tears. The odometer confirmed the claim of 55,000 miles on the clock.

The SVT Lightning trucks were essentially factory lowered F-150 trucks in their day, and these original square body first-gen Lightnings were made until 1995. Power came from a 5.8-liter 240 horsepower V8 paired up with an automatic transmission. The second-gen SVT Lightning trucks launched in 1999 and were produced through 2004.

The seller is asking $18,995 for this particular Lightning. It’s a dead ringer for the 1993 Lightning that singer Lady Gaga owns. We’d like to see a Coyote swapped first-gen Lightning, that sounds awesome.
