Lincoln has announced that it has a new loyalty program called Lincoln Access Rewards Program. The program uses an app and allows those who purchase or lease a new Lincoln to earn points that are good towards future vehicle purchases, dealer service, and “world-class experiences” with Lincoln hospitality partners.
The Lincoln Access Rewards Program is flexible in terms of how and where the points can be redeemed. The program has tiers including Standard, Reserve, and Black Label with the ability to earn points toward personalized client experiences and exclusive opportunities with the hospitality collaborations. The Lincoln Access Rewards program also gives the opportunity to earn points by using Lincoln services.
Scheduling services can earn points via the Lincoln Way app. Using the Lincoln Pickup and Delivery service will earn points. Owners can bank the points and move up to higher tier level experiences. Lincoln notes that clients who join the program with the purchase of a 2020 model year vehicle will be gifted with points. Lincoln is also bragging that it has 100 percent participation with dealerships in the top luxury markets of the nation.
Lincoln isn’t saying how many points those new to the app will get with the purchase of a 2020 year model vehicle. It’s also not clear what sort of experiences with hospitality partners Lincoln will offer. Ford has recently rolled out the FordPass Pro app to help the business keep connected with their smaller fleets of vehicles.
