Ford has done Bronco fans a solid today and released a teaser video for the all-new 2020 Ford Bronco. The most important part of the tease is that the Ford Bronco will premier in the Spring of 2020, only a few months away. The video itself is a timeline teaser showing shots from past Bronco commercials of all versions, from the first-gen Broncos of the ’60s to the smaller and less loved Bronco II up to the larger Broncos O.J. made famous in the ’90s.
The video ends with a shot of the Bronco logo. Ford has also uploaded a couple of images of the Bronco logo for fans to check out. The logo looks a lot like the leaked launch screen that surfaced not long ago. Ford has since had the video pulled, but we have screenshots.
Rumors now suggest that the Ford Bronco will indeed land as a 2020 model sometime next year. Past rumors had suggested that the Bronco had been delayed and wouldn’t launch until late in the year as a 2021 model. We’ve seen plenty of patents that hint at what the all-new Bronco will bring for fans.
One of the latest was of a removable roll cage. We’ve also seen patents for the doors showing how easy they are to remove without tools and how they will store in the back of the SUV in case they are needed later. Ford has nine patents filed for the doors on the Bronco alone. Ford has a lot riding on the Bronco; if it misses the mark with the vehicle, it will be a severe blow to the brand.
