2020 Ford Explorer Discount Offers Cash Plus Low APR In January 2020

The all-new 2020 Explorer, which went on sale at the end of the Q2 2019 after garnering significant interest following its announcement last January, has now completed its launch. As such, a rather appealing 2020 Ford Explorer discount is being offered through the end of January 2020, with the combined offer including a cashback rebate plus special, low-interest financing. However, the offer is only available in select markets.

Incentives

Nationwide 2020 Ford Explorer discount offers for the month of January 2020 vary throughout the country. We’ve taken the liberty of including the most significant offers for 2020 models in four major areas:

New York City:
- 0.9 percent APR for 60 months + $1,500 cash + $1,000 trade assist for 2020 XLT and Limited models
  - This discount expires February 3^rd, 2020
Detroit:
- $3,250 total cash discount for 2020 XLT and Limited models
  - This discount expires February 3^rd, 2020
Miami:
- 0.9 percent APR for 60 months + $1,500 cash for 2020 XLT and Limited models
  - This discount expires March 31^st, 2020
Los Angeles:
- Finance offer: 0.9 percent APR for 60 months + $1,500 cash for XLT and Limited models
  - This Ford discount expires March 31^st, 2020

The above offers are exclusive to the all-new 2020 Explorer, and are not applicable to the last-generation 2019 Explorer. To qualify for the trade assist, the customer must have owned a 1995 or newer vehicle for a minimum of 30 days prior to the new car sale, or have a lease expiring 30 days before to 90 days after the new car sale.

For reference, here are the applicable 2020 Explorer trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, including destination charges and acquisition fees:

XLT -$38,515

Platinum – $60,090

As we mentioned previously, the all-new 2020 Explorer only recently completed its launch, which started at the beginning of July 2019. As such, we believe that these Ford discounts are intended to get potential buyers behind the wheel of the all-new SUV.
