Ford has launched the next-generation Explorer SUV for the 2020 model year. The all-new Explorer features a new design plus the latest technological innovations. Most notably, the new model switches from a front-wheel drive to rear-wheel drive-based configuration (thanks to the CD6 platform), with all-wheel drive remaining optional.
When compared to the last-gen, 2019 model, the all-new 2020 Ford Explorer adds six new exterior colors to its color palette: Star White, Silver Spruce, Rapid Red, Iconic Silver, Atlas Blue, and Rich Copper. Here’s our first look at the new Rich Copper Metallic Tinted Clearcoat hue.
