Ford Escape Discount Cuts Price Of All-New Model By $3,000 In April 2020

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to ravage the country, Ford Escape discount offers during the month of April 2020 continue to range from cashback rebates to interest-free financing, as was the case throughout the first quarter of the year.

Additionally, Ford’s promotions target the all-new 2020 Escape, rather than the discontinued last-gen 2019 Escape. That said, Ford is offering interest-free financing on both 2019 and 2020 Escape models.

Ford Discount Offers

Ford Escape discount offers vary by geographical region in April 2020. Below, we list the heftiest discounts for the model in four major U.S. markets:

New York City: $1,500 Cash Back + 0.9 percent APR for 60 months
Detroit: $3,000 Cash Back on all 2020 models
Miami: 0 percent APR for 72 months
Los Angeles: $3,000 Cash Back on all 2020 models

Interested parties should note that all of the aforementioned discounts will run through April 30^th, 2020.

Prospective buyers should also note that the above is not a comprehensive list of every Ford discount available for the Escape lineup. As such, we recommend checking in with your local dealer to see what Ford discount offers are available in your area.

The headlining $3,000 Ford Escape discount was only observed in the Detroit and Los Angeles markets, and is only applicable for the 2020 Escape. As such, the offer lowers the starting price of the 2020 model to $23,725.

For reference, here are the applicable 2019 and 2020 Escape trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, including destination charge and acquisition fee:

2019 Escape:

S – $25,200
SE – $27,595
SEL – $29,420
Titanium – $33,595

2020 Escape:

S – $26,725
SE – $28,935
SE Sport Hybrid – $30,095
SEL – $31,095
Titanium – $35,240

It’s worth pointing out that none of these Escape offers are as worthwhile as the 20 percent discount offered during the month of December 2019, though that offer was exclusive to the last-gen 2019 Escape.
