The Ford Authority Take

The numbers continue to speak for themselves: the Ford Transit Connect continued to dominate its segment during the first quarter of 2020, despite seeing a 15 percent sales drop as a result of the coronavirus breakout. We expect this trend to maintain as long as the virus continues to impact vehicle production and demand.

For the 2021 model year, Ford will discontinue the Transit Connect Taxi package, while also making a few minor changes to the product.

Maybe if it wasn’t so UGLY it wouldn’t have loss 15% of it sales. Amen

Huh? The Transit Connect is the best-looking vehicle of any in its class. Wanna see ugly, see the Nissan or the Fiat (ahem, Ram).

Also, looks is one of the lowest consideration factors in this segment… price, functionality / upfit-ability, fuel economy, and durability are the highest. But sure, let’s go with your theory.

That’s fine Alex, yes the front does look good but look at the side view of that thing, messy & 6 pillars to prop the roof up. No style at all.
