Gateway Bronco has long held a reputation for building some of the most beautiful, amazing, and impeccably-detailed first-gen Broncos in the business. These top-notch builds come with equally top-notch price tags, however, with prices reaching well in the six-figure range. However, Gateway Bronco is teaming up with the online fundraising platform Omaze to give away one of its prized possessions – a custom all-electric first-generation Bronco, plus $20k in cash for whatever the lucky winner wants to spend it on.
Gateway Bronco has only built two of these electric SUVs to date, and this is one of them. On the outside, it looks just like any other of the builder’s amazing creations thanks to a tasteful combination of original and aftermarket parts. The exterior is mostly stock, save for all-new trim, some chrome, a Brittany Blue paint job, a lift, and some new wheels and tires.
Underneath the black bikini top, there’s a stunning interior filled with chestnut leather seats, charcoal wool carpet, an Alpine stereo system, LED lighting, air conditioning, a backup camera, and flip-and-fold rear seating. It’s simply a beautiful and comfy place to house the lucky owner and three of their closest friends.
But this particular Gateway Bronco doesn’t have the typically-expected 5.0L Coyote V8 under its vintage hood. Instead, this example is powered by an Electric GT motor and Tesla battery, which team up to provide it with around 400 horsepower and a 200-mile range. Gateway Bronco says that it’ll do the 0-60 sprint in under six seconds, and it’s even backed by a proper five-speed manual transmission driving all four wheels, just as it should be.
Gateway puts a total value on the vehicle with the cash at a whopping $301,548, so it’s a pretty enticing prize, no doubt. Donations will go to benefit Big League Impact, which unites MLB Players and fans to help save lives, restore dignity, instill hope, and improve our communities around the globe.
Those interested can enter to win this sweet Gateway Bronco by visiting Omaze’s site here.
