Fans of the Ford Bronco have been waiting a long time for the privilege of buying a new one. To be exact, roughly 24 years. Thankfully, that dream will soon become a reality after the reborn 2021 Ford Bronco is revealed in July, enters production at the Ford Michigan Assembly Plant soon thereafter, and hits dealer lots in early 2021. But if there’s anyone out there who just can’t wait that long, we’ve found a basically brand new Bronco they can buy sooner than that – this 1995 Ford Bronco set to cross the block at Mecum’s Eddie Vannoy Collection auction taking place June 26th-30th.
We say basically brand new because this 1995 Ford Bronco has an incredibly low 457 miles showing on the odometer. As for why the rugged utility has barely been driven over the last quarter-century, well, we don’t know. Perhaps the original owner just had too many other cars to drive, or perhaps they simply forgot they owned it.
Regardless, that lack of use presents us with a fantastic opportunity today. Everything about this amazing 1995 Ford Bronco looks showroom fresh, inside and out, top to bottom. It’s also a nicely-equipped XLT model with amenities like power steering, brakes, locks, windows, power-adjustable lumbar support, and air conditioning. It’s also equipped with an AM/FM/CD stereo system and a trailer towing package.
Power comes from the tried-and-true Ford 351 cubic-inch V8, which sends power back to a 3.55 geared rear end via an automatic transmission. And with a classic combination of a black exterior, gray interior, and those awesome alloy 10 hole wheels that so many Ford trucks in the ’90s came with, it’s simply hard to beat from a visual standpoint.
One lucky person will get to take this brand new 1995 Ford Bronco home, and we imagine they’ll have a hard time resisting the urge to drive it, even though it’ll probably remain in the impeccable condition it’s in now.
