Those that have spent any time in a Lincoln vehicle already know that the automaker offers up one of the more serene driving/riding experiences on the market. This is particularly true of newer Lincoln vehicles, many of which have won awards for their comfortable and whisper-quiet cabins. So it’s not terribly surprising that the luxury automaker has teamed up with the Calm meditation app to offer North American buyers a free one year membership.
The Calm meditation app has racked up over 50 million downloads and more than 700,000 five-star reviews in its time on the market, and claims to help its users learn how to meditate, sleep better, stretch and move, among other things. Generally, those who download the app can choose between a limited-access free version or a free seven-day trial of the premium version, but Lincoln owners have access to a full year of premium for free.
That’s a $70 value, which is a nice perk for those who’ve purchased a Lincoln vehicle and want to try it out. The app itself is quite comprehensive, containing over 100 guided meditations, a sleep button with soothing bedtime stories (some narrated by celebrities), and even music designed to reduce stress and anxiety and help users focus, relax, and sleep.
Lincoln owners can redeem their free one-year Calm membership by following these steps:
- Register the Lincoln vehicle in the Lincoln Way app
- Check the Message Center in the Lincoln Way app for an invitation to Calm
- Follow the instructions in this message and the subsequent prompts to activate the Calm Premium membership
- Using the same login credentials, log in to the Calm app on a mobile device to access the full content of Calm
Lincoln owners that already have a Calm subscription can also take advantage of this offer when their current subscription ends. They simply have to cancel the existing subscription when it has run its course, then then activate the new one by following the steps listed above.

HEHE that’ll come in handy when you are broken down on the interstate because of bad wiring.
They can come up with stupid stuff like that but can’t seem to get quality problems under control.
Small talk aside soon or later Lincoln is going to have to build vehicles that separate it from Ford models which over shadow the brand today. The Lincoln Navigator is a nice looking SUV and it’s twin the Ford Expedition sharp al well. The Lincoln grill needs to be bigger bolder and a new taillight design would hurt. All Lincoln models should adopt the door handles from the Continental model as a stand out Brand Trademark
