A new Ford Mustang discount offers $4,500 off select 2020 models during the 2020 Labor Day, and is available to shoppers in select U.S. regions. Additionally, a separate, low-interest financing offer is also available.
Interested parties should note that Ford has ended incentives for 2019 Mustang models, and continues to exclude the range-topping Shelby GT350 and Shelby GT500 models from any manufacturer incentives, though the incentives can be applied to the Mustang Bullitt.
Ford Mustang Incentives
Ford Mustang discount offers for the Mustang in September 2020 vary by region. We’ve compiled the most noteworthy ones, by region:
- Retail:
- $2,750 total cash discount for select 2020 models
- EcoBoost 200A/201A models observed in New York, Detroit, and Los Angeles markets
- $4,500 cash back on EcoBoost 200A/201A models in Los Angeles
- $2,750 total cash discount for select 2020 models
- Finance: 0.9 percent APR for 60 months
Prospective buyers should note that these offers will remain valid through September 8th, 2020.
For reference, here are the applicable 2020 Mustang trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, including destination charge:
2020Â Mustang Coupe:
- EcoBoost Fastback – $28,510
- EcoBoost Premium Fastback – $33,525
- GT Fastback – $36,825
- GT Premium Fastback – $40,825
- Bullitt Fastback – $48,900
2020 Mustang Convertible:
- EcoBoost Convertible – $34,010
- EcoBoost Premium Convertible – $39,025
- GT Premium Convertible – $46,325
It’s worth noting that the Shelby GT350 will be discontinued after the 2020 model year, as will the Mustang Bullitt. Both models will be indirectly replaced by the 2021 Mustang Mach 1.
