The Ford Authority Take

Lincoln Mexico sales suffered another decline in August, losing nearly half of the volume on a year-over-year basis. The luxury brand’s negative performance in the Mexican market is caused by inconveniences stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, which has caused various economic issues as well as sub-part inventory availability.

All models offered by Lincoln in Mexico saw sales decline in August, with the biggest drops recorded by the Nautilus and Continental, which saw sales slip 86 and 57 percent, respectively.

The Lincoln Navigator was the brand’s best-seller, with 23 deliveries, while the new Aviator wasn’t far behind with 18 registrations.
