Over the last few years, we’ve seen Ford Bronco prices go from reasonable to completely insane. Much of this can be attributed to the arrival of the highly-anticipated 2021 Ford Bronco, of course, but people are getting more and more interested in older off-road SUVs in general. Thus, even a clean, low-mile 1995 Ford Bronco like this one up for grabs at Bring a Trailer is attracting a tremendous amount of interest and a flurry of bids.
With just 36,000 miles on the odometer, this 1995 Ford Bronco is certainly deserving of some attention. But as of this writing, bids have already reached nearly $20k, and there’s still six days to go. It makes us wonder just how high this thing will hammer for once the auction closes, a number that figures to once again prove that Bronco mania is very much alive and well.
To its credit, this Bronco is certainly a nice example of a fifth-gen model. And it’s Oxford White, which is the same color as that Bronco that was involved in a rather famous police chase a couple of decades ago. Incredibly enough, it’s lived under just two owners. The original owner kept it until 2019 before moving it to the selling dealer.
With something this unused, only basic maintenance is required, and that’s what’s been done here. The Bronco has been treated to new tires and front brakes, and that’s about it. The Opal Gray leather interior appears to be in excellent condition, and more importantly is bone stock, right down to the original radio.
The Bronco is powered by Ford’s 5.8L, 351 cubic-inch Windsor V8, which is mated to a Blue Oval four-speed automatic transmission to form a sturdy and reliable combo. Toss in a super clean undercarriage, and you’ve got a Bronco ready to sell to the highest bidder. And while this beautiful Bronco may not reset any auction records, it certainly won’t represent any sort of bargain, either.
