With the first 2021 Ford Bronco deliveries mere months away, we’re already beginning to see a ton of aftermarket parts for the reborn SUV emerge from a host of aftermarket manufacturers. That includes DV8 Off-Road, which is working on a pretty nifty front bumper with a built-in winch. But instead of just showing off the new bumper with some lame rendering, DV8 gave us a sneak peek of it attached to a very cool and very green 2021 Ford Bronco rendering.
As if the bumper itself didn’t look good enough, it looks even better on the front of this fictional green 2021 Ford Bronco. Unfortunately, there is no such hue in the 2021 Bronco color lineup, but one is coming for the 2022 model year, as we recently reported. With any luck, it’ll look half as good as the one DV8 picked out for this rendering.
In other news, this bumper and its built-in winch handily solve a big problem that some Ford Bronco fans discovered at the recent King of the Hammers ride along – the factory Warn ZEON 10-S winch blocks a rather large portion of the view available from the front camera, which is a big concern for a number of reasons, both on and off the trails.
In this case, the winch is completely integrated into the front bumper, which eliminates that little problem altogether. It also looks pretty slick to boot, and much more rugged than any factory bumper as well. Unfortunately, this rendering is all we have to go by so far. DV8 has a section set aside on its web site for both front and rear bumpers for the 2021 Ford Bronco, but no other information has been provided as of this writing. But judging by what we’re seeing here, we have a lot to look forward to.
We’ll have more on the Bronco and its many forthcoming aftermarket parts very soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for more Ford Bronco news and around-the-clock Ford news coverage.
