Ford Mustang Discount Offers Up To $4,500 Off During April 2021

During April 2021, Ford Mustang discount offers lower the price of America’s original pony car by up to $4,500 in select markets. Meanwhile, less generous incentives are available in most continental U.S. markets. Additionally, a zero-percent financing offer is also available in select markets.

It’s worth noting that all of the aforementioned discounts are exclusive to 2020 model year Mustangs, while a less generous $2,000 cashback rebate is offered on select 2021 models.

The range-topping Shelby GT350 and Shelby GT500 models continue to be excluded from the manufacturer incentives, which has been the case since the introduction of both models.

2020 Ford Mustang Discount Offers

Ford Mustang discount offers during April 2021 vary by region. Below, we’re providing the largest discounts in four major U.S. markets below:

  • New York:
    • Discount: $4,000 total cash discount
      • Offer applicable to EcoBoost Premium 200A/201A
    • Finance: 2.9 percent APR for 60 months
  • Detroit: 
    • Discount: $4,000 total cash discount
    • Finance: 0 percent APR for 72 months
      • Expires May 3rd, 2021
  • Miami:
    • Discount: $4,500 total cash discount
      • Expires May 3rd, 2021
    • Finance: 2.9 percent APR for 60 months
  • Los Angeles: $5,000 total cash discount
    • Only available for EcoBoost Premium models equipped with 200A or 201A equipment packages

A zero-percent financing offer is available in select markers in addition to the above discounts. The 2020 Mustang discounts are valid thru July 6th, 2021, unless noted otherwise.

For 2021 model year units, The Blue Oval is offering the following nationwide incentive:

  • $2,000 total cash allowance for EcoBoost Premium models
    • Must be equipped with 200A or 201A equipment package

The 2021 Mustang discounts are also valid thru July 6th, 2021.

Ford Mustang Pricing

For reference, here are the applicable 2020 Mustang trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, including destination charge:

Coupe:

  • EcoBoost Fastback – $28,510
  • EcoBoost Premium Fastback – $33,525
  • GT Fastback – $36,825
  • GT Premium Fastback – $40,825
  • Bullitt Fastback – $48,900

Convertible:

  • EcoBoost Convertible – $34,010
  • EcoBoost Premium Convertible – $39,025
  • GT Premium Convertible – $46,325

Keep in mind that the Mustang Bullitt as well as the Shelby GT350 have been discontinued after the 2020 model year. Both models are being indirectly replaced by the 2021 Mustang Mach 1.
