2019 Ford GT Headlining 2021 Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas With No Reserve

A stunning Liquid Red 2019 Ford GT will be crossing the Barrett-Jackson auction block later this year in Las Vegas. Amazingly, the Ford supercar has only 21 actual miles on the clock and will be offered at no reserve.

As many Ford fans might remember, the latest GT platform had a brief but successful life on the race track, winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans as intended. These days, street versions can go for seven-figure sums at auction.

The new owner of this 2019 Ford GT will have access to 647 horsepower and 550 pound-feet of turbocharged torque, courtesy of FoMoCo’s 3.5L EcoBoost V6 and Getrag’s seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The boosted six utilizes many standard parts from the Ford Cleveland Engine Plant in Ohio as a foundation, with various upgrades for use in the GT.

This particular 2019 Ford GT is equipped with $50,000 in options, including the exterior Carbon Fiber Package, racing stripes, and 20-inch carbon fiber wheels shod with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. Brembo carbon ceramic brakes ensure the lucky pilot has incredible stopping power on command.

The Dark Energy interior is accented with Ebony Alcantara trim on the dash for reduced glare, and on the seating surfaces for improved grip. The F1-inspired steering wheel features an integrated LED tachometer, with another helping of carbon fiber trim. Optional six-point harness anchors have also been equipped for safety and the extreme G-forces both driver and passenger may experience, if this car ever hits the race track.

As a bonus, this 2019 Ford GT auction will also include a custom inTech trailer (unfortunately, there aren’t any photos of the trailer). The kit will go to the highest bidder at the upcoming Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas event on June 17th-19th 2021 set to take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center. It will mark the first public event in the LVCC’s new West Hall addition to the sprawling complex.

  2. It’s ok, but the 2005-6 versions are my favorite. Those giddy ups look like ‘rolling sex’! YEEHAW!
