2021 Ford F-250 Shelby Super Baja Will Be Team Hytiva’s Support Truck

Earlier this year, Shelby American revealed the 2021 Ford Shelby F-250 Super Baja, giving the Ford Super Duty the same sort of treatment it’s applied to the Ford F-150 for years now, albeit with Ford’s 6.7L Power Stroke diesel under the hood. A grand total of five Ford F-250 Shelby Super Baja trucks have been built so far out of a planned production run of 250, and one of them will now serve as a support vehicle for Team Hytiva, an off-road racing team.

Team Hytiva’s Shelby F-250 Super Baja will certainly look different than most, thanks in large part to a custom livery with green stripes. It rolls on a set of 18-inch wheels wrapped with 37-inch BFGoodrich KM3 rubber, with two spares mounted in the bed on a chase rack in case of emergency.

Other notable exterior features include a functional ram air hood, steel front and rear bumpers, LED lighting, fender flares, AMP Research retractable steps/rock sliders, tow points, tinted windows, and a bed liner.

Inside the cabin, the Hytiva Shelby F-250 Super Baja is fitted with embroidered leather seats, accent color stitching, carbon fiber trim, billet pedals, embroidered floor mats, stainless steel gauges, Shelby badges, and a serialized plaque, just like every other Super Baja pickup.

In addition to these unique features, Hytiva’s support truck also comes equipped with all the suspension upgrades goodies present in a “regular” Super Baja – a custom Fox setup with 2.5 Factory Race adjustable shocks up front, 2.5 Fox backup adjustable reservoir shocks in the rear, adjustable control arms, a custom BDS lift system, a Fox 2.0 dual steering stabilizer, and custom front radius arms.

For regular customers looking to scoop up a Ford F-250 Shelby Super Baja, these limited-edition trucks are only being sold through select Tuscany and Ford dealers across the United States.
