The Ford Authority Take

Ford Brazil sales fell once more in July, deepening its ongoing negative performance. The results represent the 19th consecutive month of contraction for The Blue Oval brand in the South American country. However, it’s worth noting that the July performance represented a slight improvement compared to the even worse performance in June.

As such, most of the nameplates Ford sells in Brazil were in the red last month. The only exception was the Ranger, which posted a healthy increase of six percent, reinforcing its place as the brand’s best-selling model in the Brazilian market.
