2021 Ford Bronco MagnaFlow Exhaust Systems Announced

While Ford might be having trouble building enough Broncos (with hardtops, at least) to satisfy consumers’ rabid demand for the rugged off-roader, there’s certainly no shortage of aftermarket parts available for the SUV already. Companies like PaxPower, 4 Wheel Parts, RTR, and even Ford itself have developed entire catalogs of upgrades for the 2021 Ford Bronco. And now, those seeking a bit more volume from their rides can purchase a Ford Bronco MagnaFlow exhaust as well.

Ford Bronco MagnaFlow Street Series Exhaust System

There are currently two Ford Bronco MagnaFlow exhaust systems available to pre-order – the Street Series axle-back exhaust and Overland Series cat-back exhaust, with four additional systems coming soon. The Street Series exhaust retails for $949 and is available for both Ford’s 2.3L EcoBoost I-4 and 2.7L EcoBoost V6. The system provides a more moderate increase in exhaust noise and features 2.5-inch mandrel bent pipes, a straight-through muffler, dual 4-inch black powder-coated tips, and stainless steel construction.

Meanwhile, the Overland Series exhaust retails for $1,099 and is also constructed from stainless steel. It provides a moderate increase in exhaust noise and features a high-clearance design for off-roading. The Overland Series exhaust system is designed to work specifically with the 2.7L EcoBoost V6, however, and is not compatible with the 2.3L EcoBoost V6.

Both of these Ford Bronco Magnaflow exhaust systems boast CNC precision manufacturing, a limited lifetime warranty, and have been extensively dyno tested. At the same time, both systems offer only a mild increase in interior noise, so they won’t be terribly annoying on longer road trips. Both are available to pre-order now, with an expected ship date after September 27th, 2021.
