Ford Bronco Roof Mounted Off-Road Light Kit Out Now

FoMoCo’s extensive catalog of 2021 Ford Bronco parts and accessories launched back in May and has only grown larger in the ensuing months. The appeal of these official goodies lies in the fact that Ford Bronco buyers can have these items installed before they even take delivery of their vehicles and finance those goods right along with the Ford Bronco itself.

Given the Bronco’s modular construction and how easy it is to change parts, it’s no surprise that the Ford catalog has expanded to include everything from lift kits to aftermarket wheels, a Sasquatch fender flare kit, a five wheel tire pressure monitoring kit, and power packs for the Ford 2.3L EcoBoost I-4 and 2.7L EcoBoost V6. Additionally, Ford will begin offering tube doors as a dealer-installed accessory for the Bronco by the end of the year, as Ford Authority exclusively reported. Now, a roof-mounted off-road light kit has been added to this ever-growing list.

There are no photos as of this writing, but the new Ford Bronco roof mounted off-road light kit is currently available from the Ford Performance catalog under part number M-15200K-BRL and comes with everything one needs to install a 40-inch light bar on the roof of the SUV, including a Rigid SR-Series 40-inch light bar, a unique harness, all the necessary brackets, and lens covers. Ford Performance worked directly with Rigid to develop this light kit, which fits all 2021-2022 Bronco models.

Those that purchased a Bronco with the factory auxiliary switches will also be happy to know that this kit was optimized to work with that integrated feature. However, it is worth noting that installing the light bar on one’s roof can lead to increased wind noise inside the cabin, which is often the case with light bars and even roof racks. The Ford Bronco roof mounted off-road light kit is available now through the Ford Performance catalog for an MSRP price of $1,150.
