2021-2022 Ford F-150 Extreme Exhaust System Now Available

Ford Performance has added a number of new Ford F-150 parts to its ever-growing catalog over the last few months, including Black Ovals, new Method wheels, an off-road suspension leveling kit, a new supercharger kit for Ford’s 5.0L Coyote V8, two different types of Sport Exhaust Systems, and a pair of Touring Exhaust offerings. Now, FoMoCo has also added a 2021-2022 Ford F-150 Extreme Exhaust System to its catalog, which gives owners yet another option to unleash some additional sound from their pickup.

Listed in the Ford Performance catalog under part number M-5200-FECS, the 2021-2022 Ford F-150 Extreme Exhaust System is reportedly louder than both the Sport and Touring offerings, delivering an aggressive note for those that want to be heard, or just enjoy the sound of a good old fashioned internal combustion engine.

As is the case with the Sport and Touring exhaust systems, the Extreme exhaust fits 2021-2022 F-150 models equipped with Ford’s 2.7L EcoBoost V6, 3.5L EcoBoost V6, or 5.0L Coyote V8, with either a 145 or 157-inch wheelbase, though the latter requires a mid-pipe extension. This exhaust system is not compatible with 122 or 141-inch wheelbase trucks (regular cab models with a 6.5 or 8-foot bed).

All three of Ford’s new F-150 exhaust systems are constructed from 304 stainless steel and features ultra-smooth mandrel bends, warp-free flanges, and superior craftsmanship, according to the automaker. Unlike the Sport and Touring exhaust systems, the Extreme kit is only available with chrome tips, however – not black chrome units.

The 2021-2022 Ford F-150 Extreme Exhaust System is available to purchase now via Ford Performance’s catalog for a retail price of $1,495, giving owners of the most popular truck on the planet yet another option to modify it to their liking, or just coax a little more sound out of their powerplants.
