2021 Ford F-150 Tremor By BTR Car Customs: Live Gallery

The 2021 Ford F-150 enjoyed a strong presence at the 2021 SEMA Show, winning 2021 Full-Size Truck of the Year honors as numerous custom examples of the 14^th generation Ford F-150 were on display as well. That includes the Blood Type Racing (BTR) Edition 2021 Ford F-150 Tremor, which was designed and built by BTR Car Customs to be what it calls the ultimate overlanding vehicle.

The BTR Edition 2021 Ford F-150 Tremor takes the stock pickup’s off-road capability and enhances it with the addition of numerous aftermarket upgrades. On the outside, that includes a set of 17-inch Fifteen52 Turbomac HD wheels wrapped with LT305/70 Toyo Open Country all-terrain tires, which are paired with the Tremor’s stock suspension components.

The exterior has received a slew of upgrades, however, including a variety of Ford Performance/Rigid off-road lighting such as underbody rock lights, a 20-inch Radiance+ amber LED light bar, a Radiance Plus SR Series 50-inch light bar, and D-Series spot and flood surface mount lights. Ford Accessories also supplied the trucks’ Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender flares, Embark LS retractable tonneau cover, retractable awning, and rear wheel well liners.

This build also features a few Yakima accessories from the Ford catalog including its Overhaul HD bed rack, HD crossbars, telescoping side bars, LockNLoad roof rack platform, perimeter rail kit, spare tire holder, RoadShower 4G, recovery track mount, HoldUp EVO premium hitch tray bike rack, BackSwing hitch swing, BaseLine roof rack system, and high lift jack holder.

Addictive Desert Designs supplied the Tremor’s Honey Badge front and Stealth Fighter rear bumpers, while the IKamper Skycamp 2.0 rooftop tent provides a place to sleep out on the trails. Other amenities include a PullKitchen truck bed kitchen, ZeroBreeze Mark2 A/C units, a projector screen, and a Voxx/Ford Accessories rear seat entertainment system.

Altogether, the BTR Edition F-150 Tremor takes an already capable truck and outfits it for long camping trips in the woods, but the folks camping in this rig will most certainly not be roughing it.
