Ford Mustang Discount Offers 1.9 APR Plus Bonus Cash In March 2022

Earlier this month, Ford Authority reported that Ford Mustang discount offers were non-existent in March 2022, with FoMoCo only offering 5.9 percent APR financing. But now, the Dearborn-based automaker has updated its incentives to include more attractive deals for its pony.

Specifically, the new Ford Mustang discount offers $1,000 off plus 1.9 percent APR financing. This offer applies to the 2021 model year of Ford’s popular muscle car. However, FoMoCo is also offering a separate $1,000 discount for 2022 model year Mustangs. It’s worth noting that the aforementioned incentives are only available in select markets, though they’re notably less enticing than the interest-free financing offered in recent months or the $5,000 off offered June 2021.

As Ford Authority reported previously, it appears that Ford is no longer offering manufacturer incentives for 2020 Mustang models. In addition, the range-topping Mach 1 and Shelby GT500 continue to be excluded from the manufacturer incentives, much like they have been since the introduction of both models.

Ford Mustang Discount Offers

For 2021 Mustangs, FoMoCo is offering the following incentives:

• New York: 1.9 percent APR for 60 months
• Detroit: 1.9 percent APR for 60 months plus $500 Bonus Cash
• Miami: 1.9 percent APR for 60 months plus $500 Bonus Cash
• Los Angeles: 1.9 percent APR for 60 months plus $1,000 Bonus Cash

For 2022 Mustangs, The Blue Oval is offering the following incentives:

• New York: $1,000 Bonus Cash
  • With Ford Credit Financing
• Detroit: $1,000 Bonus Cash
  • With Ford Credit Financing
• Miami: $1,000 Bonus Cash
  • With Ford Credit Financing
• Los Angeles: $1,000 Bonus Cash
  • With Ford Credit Financing

The above offers are set expire after March 31^st, 2022.

It’s worth noting that the Mustang Bullitt as well as the Shelby GT350 have been discontinued after the 2020 model year. Both models have been indirectly replaced by the Mustang Mach 1.
