Lincoln has faced its fair share of adversity in recent months as fewer and fewer luxury shoppers consider the brand, which has led to a strange phenomenon in a world where almost everything is selling for more than its sticker price – Lincoln vehicles are actually moving for less than MSRP, on average. As the luxury brand prepares to launch a number of new models and fully electrify its lineup by 2027, FoMoCo recently opened its very first boutique Lincoln showroom as it aims to increase brand awareness, and now, a new mobile vehicle spa and concierge program have been created to aid in that effort.
The mobile vehicle spa pilot is now live in Houston, Texas, giving owners a convenient way to get their vehicle detailed thanks to a partnership with Get Spiffy, Inc., an on-demand car cleaning, technology, and services company. Customers can get their Lincoln cleaned whenever they wish, wherever they happen to be, and even have it filled up with fuel to boot. Lincoln is aiming to expand this service to other cities in the future, as well as allow owners to schedule it via the Lincoln Way app, too.
In addition to this mobile vehicle spa service, Lincoln is also launching a new concierge program dubbed “Pursue Your Passions” this month, which is available to Lincoln Access Rewards Visa cardholders and Lincoln Black Label members. Eligible owners can receive a curated list of experiences based on their personal interests, while Lincoln Access Rewards Visa members are also able to earn points and redeem them for these experiences. Examples include everything from tours of historical sites to visiting a salt cave or sampling locally roasted coffee, to name a few.
