2017-2022 Ford Super Duty Chrome Exhaust Tips Now Available

Ford Super Duty owners have been treated to a host of new parts and accessories via the official Blue Oval catalog in recent months, including a replacement winch rope for models equipped with a factory Warn winch, a pair of Sport exhaust systems and an engine storage cradle for the naturally-aspirated Ford 7.3L V8 Godzilla powerplant, and black ovals. Now, the 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty has received two new exhaust tip offerings, just like the 2019-2022 Ford Ranger did last week – one finished in chrome, and one in black.

The 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty chrome exhaust tips are sold under part number M-5260-CT3 and retail for $120. The tips are made from 4.5-inch chrome-plated double-wall 304 stainless steel for durability’s sake, and include a clamp to secure them to the existing exhaust with no welding needed. However, these upgraded tips do require that the owner trim the factory tailpipe to make them fit.

Those that prefer a more modern or stealthier look can also opt for the same exhaust tip finished in black chrome under part number M-5260-BCT3, which retails for a slightly more expensive $150. The black tips are essentially identical to the chrome units, and are constructed from 4.5-inch black chrome-plated double-wall 304 stainless steel. Trimming is also required with the black tips, though they do come with the necessary clamp to secure them to the factory exhaust.

Both of these exhaust tips work on all 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty models equipped with either the naturally-aspirated Ford 6.2L V8 Boss powerplant or 7.3L V8 Godzilla, making them a quick and easy way (minus the required trim job) to upgrade the looks of these non-diesel powered pickups.

How about you concentrate on the extras you need to complete peoples Maverick orders instead of some stupid chrome exhaust tips to dress up someones truck?
