2022 Ford F-150 Lightning: Visual Comparison By Model And Trim

The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning was revealed nearly one year ago along with the work-oriented Pro variant. Regardless, there are quite a few differences in terms of specifications between each trim level, while the final EPA estimated range figures, power numbers, and max payload ratings have all changed from Ford’s initial estimates. There are four trim levels available, so we’re breaking them down with this 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning visual comparison guide.

Trims

The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning is offered in four trim levels. From base to range-topping, the four trims are:

Production of the 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning officially began at the Rouge Electric Vehicle Center last month, though the first model year for the EV pickup is already completely sold out. However, Ford has already nearly doubled its planned production capacity for the new model to 150,000 units by mid-2023 as it works to fill all of the 200,000 reservations it received for the F-150 Lighting before the automaker stopped taking them.
