Back in August 2021, Ford officially announced the new Ice White Appearance Package for both the 2022 Ford Mustang and Ford Mustang Mach-E, giving buyers the choice to have the white-on-white theme on the pony for the first time in 28 years. Recently, Ford Authority got an up-close look at a 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E equipped with the Ice White Appearance Package at Ford’s official display at the 2022 New York International Auto Show, and we’re bringing you a live photo gallery of that model here today.
The exterior of the Mach-E is coated in Star White Metallic Tri-Coat exterior paint. From there, sideview mirror caps and wheel lip moldings – also finished in the same Star White hue – ice out the exterior.
The white theme is continued with unique badging on the front doors, though these are coated in Oxford White paint, which is also pulled through the pony badges in the front and in the rear. The ensemble rides on 19-inch machined-face aluminum wheels with Oxford White painted pockets, a setup that’s also unique to the Ice White Appearance Package.
Inside, the Mustang Mach-E Ice White finishes the seats, center console and door-panel armrests in Light Space Gray. A Bright Silver hex-patterned instrument panel partners up with an Oxford White pony badge on the steering wheel to add more chill to the cabin.
The Ford Mustang Mach-E has remained a hot commodity since launching over a year ago, as demand for the new electric crossover quickly exceeded FoMoCo’s expectations. In addition, the current pandemic has continued to create difficulties within the supply chain, including but not limited to the semiconductor chip shortage.
Ford Mustang Mach-E sales increased 36 percent to 17,675 units during the first half of the 2022 calendar year, placing fourth in the compact EV segment in terms of cumulative sales volume.

Ford is working on ramping up Mach-E production by building factories that will enable the automaker to expand EV capacity. Until then, demand will likely to continue outpacing supply.

It has been a smart strategy ; enlarging Ford’s EV production capacity, here in Cuautitlan, Mexico. But the bottom line is how to tackle chip shortages.
Cant chips be salvaged cleaned and refunished from old, wreaked, cars, can we build a plant for all usa car plant here in Nebraska and all car companys shear the cost equily. Then split the stock between them. They be investing in there need as a company
I’m not a fan of the 2023 look. Sorry~
Hi Ford Authority,
I ordered this Ice White Package back in Jan 2022. I was recently informed that order has now been converted to a 2023 model, however, the Ice White Package is no longer available. Is there any I can make sure I still receive the Ice White Package? I feel this is unfair to consumers. Any person in the FORD company who would be best to reach out to?
Hello. What was the out come off your ice white package for your 2023?
