The 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage and Heritage Limited were revealed last month as retro nods to the original 1966 Bronco, and as such, feature a host of unique touches including various Oxford White accents that give it a true throwback appearance. However, aside from the fact that just 1,966 each of the two- and four-door units of the Heritage Limited will be available for the 2023 model year, the automaker didn’t disclose any additional details regarding how customers can order one of these retro SUVs. Now, Bronco Nation has provided us with those specifics.
As Ford Authority reported last week, both the 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage and Heritage Limited are late availability models, which means that neither will be available when the rest of the 2023 Bronco lineup launches. As for the regular Heritage, it isn’t limited in terms of production but is only available to existing reservation and order holders for this model year, just like the rest of the 2023 Bronco lineup. Customers interested in the Bronco Heritage must convert their existing reservation/order by November 21st, however.
As for the Heritage Limited, all 3,932 units are reserved for dealers and won’t be available for customers to order. Dealers are expected to get at least one unit each for either the 2023 or 2024 model year, and they’ll be allowed to sell those units to anyone. Neither the Heritage nor the Heritage Limited will be eligible for plan pricing, however, which is often the case with popular or limited production models.
Meanwhile, the Heritage Edition models will be getting the dual top option, which consists of the black soft top and Oxford White-painted hardtop, while the Heritage Limited will be available in a new color – Peak Blue – for the 2024 model year. As for the rest of the lineup, the 2023 Bronco Wildtrak is gaining the H.O.S.S. 3.0 suspension system as standard equipment, while the entire lineup retains its navigation removal option. Finally, the long-awaited black-painted hardtop will not be available, in spite of previous rumors to the contrary.
We’ll have more on the 2023 Bronco soon, so be sure and subscribe to Ford Authority for more Ford Bronco news and comprehensive Ford news coverage.

It states in this article that neither the Heritage or Heritage Limited are eligible for plan pricing. However, Ford states on their Bronco 2023 FAQ that the Raptor and Heritage Limited are not eligible for AXZ pricing, and no 2023 Bronco will be eligible for X plan pricing. Heritage edition should be eligible for AZ plans.
This whole Bronco Thing is a scam.
You get people all charged up with a new model, Heritage, then say it’s not available for order.
It’s just wrong. It just drives the price out of control
