Back in August of 2021, the new Ice White Appearance Package was revealed for the 2022 Ford Mustang and 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E as a bit of a throwback to the 1993 Triple White Fox Body Mustang, a model limited to just 1,500 examples. However, that package has now been dropped from the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E lineup, meaning that it was merely a one-year-only option for the EV crossover, it seems.
The Ice White Appearance Package was available on Mach-E Premium models and added a host of features and equipment, including Star White Metallic Tri-Coat paint, side-view mirror caps, and wheel lip moldings, 19-inch machined-faced aluminum wheels with Oxford White-painted pockets, Oxford White front door badges and pony badges, a gloss white dash insert, Oxford White steering wheel pony package, and Light Space Gray door and center armrests, with that same hue adorning the seats.
The Ice White Appearance Package has effectively been replaced on the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E by the new Nite Pony Package, which takes the opposite approach by adding a host of dark elements to the EV crossover, including high-gloss black 19-inch wheels and a black pony front grille emblem for the Premium, as well as high-gloss black 20-inch wheels and a black GT badge for the GT Performance Edition. Both Mach-E Nite Pony Package models get black front and rear lower fascias, black front and rear door cladding, black mirror caps, and black wheel center caps with bright pony graphics.
The 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E has experienced significant price increases over the 2022 model, along with a variety of other changes for the new model year. Those include standard all-wheel drive for California Route 1 models, the deletion of the Comfort/Technology Package, a 13-mile range boost for Premium models, standard Ford Co-Pilot360 across the lineup, a 90-day trial of Ford BlueCruise and the 360-degree camera on Select trim models, two new colors – Carbonized Gray Metallic and Vapor Blue Metallic – and a standard panoramic fixed-glass roof for the GT and GT Performance Edition. Delivery times for all 2023 Mach-E models are currently at 18-22 weeks, though Premium models are expected to ship within 18-24 weeks.
